If the scope or condition of the work differs substantially from the information originally provided, additional charges may apply with appropriate communication with the client.

Applicable taxes will be added where required.

4. Website Requests

Submitting a contact form, quote request, email, or other inquiry through our website does not automatically create a service contract or guarantee an appointment.

A service is considered confirmed only once the details have been accepted or confirmed between Nettoyage Enzo and the client.

Specific commercial or recurring cleaning agreements may be subject to a separate written service contract. Where a separate contract exists, the terms of that agreement will govern the cleaning services covered by it.

5. Cancellations and Scheduling

Appointments and services are subject to availability.

Clients are encouraged to provide reasonable notice when requesting a cancellation or schedule change.

Specific cancellation policies, minimum service requirements, or charges may apply when communicated as part of a quote, service agreement, or contract.

Nettoyage Enzo reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a service when circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent the work from being safely or properly performed.

6. Access to the Property

Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the areas where services are to be performed.

The client should inform Nettoyage Enzo of any known hazards, restricted areas, special instructions, sensitive materials, security requirements, or other circumstances that could affect the safe performance of the work.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the requested services and the condition of the premises.

Nettoyage Enzo may decline or discontinue work where conditions present an unreasonable health or safety risk or where the requested work falls outside the agreed scope of service.

8. Damage and Liability

Nettoyage Enzo takes reasonable care when performing its services.

Any concern regarding potential damage or an issue with a completed service should be reported to us as soon as reasonably possible so that the situation can be reviewed.

Nettoyage Enzo is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, ordinary wear and tear, defective or improperly installed materials, undisclosed hazards, or circumstances outside our reasonable control, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
